What is Mediation?
Mediation is an informal process during which an impartial third party, Mediator, listens to the disputing parties and assists them in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement regarding their dispute.
Mediation is intended to identify the issues by allowing the parties to productively communicate, explore solutions and negotiate an agreement.
